Join us for a special Meet the Founder event with Édéenne High Jewelry, a maison dedicated to sculptural elegance, exceptional craftsmanship, and modern heirlooms. Founded in 2003, Maison Édéenne produces exceptional pieces of high end jewelry using a unique approach that reshapes the world of traditional jewelry.
From January 27 through January 30, the founder will be in residence in the Boudoir for private appointments, offering a personalized setting to explore the collection, discuss styling and customization, and gain deeper insight into Édéenne’s modern approach to high jewelry. This experience is designed to foster meaningful dialogue and a deeper appreciation for the pieces and the stories they carry.

Galette des Rois at Printemps New York

At Printemps New York, we’re delighted to celebrate a beloved French tradition with our Galette des Rois, imagined by our talented pastry Chef Rachel Green. Traditionally made with rich frangipane nestled between layers of buttery puff pastry, this cake hides a small trinket or charm called a fève. Whoever finds the fève in their slice is crowned king or queen for the day.
Our Galette des Rois is available for pre-order, and can be enjoyed whole or by the slice at Café Jalu throughout January.
