Celebrate Easter Sunday at Salon Vert with a seasonal menu inspired by the bright, fresh flavors of spring. This special offering highlights the produce and traditions of the season, featuring dishes such as Green Asparagus with sauce gribiche, lemon, and toasted brioche, a delicate Crab and Avocado Tartine, and a comforting Chicken and Morel Vol au Vent that nods to classic French bistro cooking.
To accompany the menu, Beverage Director Ren Neuman presents a curated selection of rosé wines, chosen for their vibrant character and elegant expression of spring.
