Art on Display: Elena Stonaker
Continuing its legacy of innovation, this September Printemps New York honors art and fashion creators who design with intention, select sustainable materials, and conserve resources longer.

The season opens with a multi-layered installation by textile and soft sculpture artist Elena Stonaker, who will transform the façade of Printemps New York with a visionary garden of giant dolls made from upcycled fabrics, alongside intricate interior tapestries and sculptures woven from repurposed materials. Joining this celebration of creativity, Pollack, a boutique design company renowned for its innovative residential and hospitality textiles, contributes its signature artistry to the project. Every Pollack pattern begins with hand-drawn artwork, evolving into luxurious textures and bold graphic designs through a mastery of fibers, yarns, and weaving techniques. Their lush velvets are featured within Stonaker’s sculptures, uniting craftsmanship, sustainability, and imaginative design in a collaboration that embodies the future of art and fashion.
