Celebrate Valentine’s Day with an intimate four-course prix fixe dinner by Gregory Gourdet, thoughtfully composed for a romantic and memorable evening at Maison Passerelle.

The experience opens with elegant, seasonal starters before unfolding into indulgent main courses that balance refinement and comfort. Guests will enjoy dishes such as delicate scallop crudo, rich lobster pasta, and premium beef tenderloin finished with a deeply aromatic coffee jus. The evening concludes with Baked Haiti, one of Chef Gourdet’s most beloved signatures, offering a soulful and meaningful finale.

The Saint-Valentin prix fixe dinner will be offered all weekend, February 13 through February 15. Optional wine and zero-proof beverage pairings are available to complement each course. Vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free accommodations may be arranged with advance notice.
