Named one of The New York Times’ 100 Best Restaurants in New York City for 2026 and one of Esquire’s Best New Restaurants of 2025, Maison Passerelle takes its name from the French word for “bridge”—a fitting expression of three-time James Beard Award winner Gregory Gourdet’s bold, cross-cultural approach to French cuisine. Gourdet draws from the diversity of global French culinary traditions to create a language entirely his own. The experience unfolds within an equally distinctive setting of custom frescoes, stained glass, and hand-painted tiles, bringing an elegant yet playful backdrop to his inventive, modern cooking.
Red Room Bar

Meaning “Green Sitting Room”—a nod to Printemps’ signature color—Salon Vert sits within the store’s grand second-floor Salon and offers a vibrant, approachable place to gather, dine, and recharge.
