Celebrate Mother’s Day at Salon Vert with a seasonal menu by Chef Gregory Gourdet, designed to capture the brightness and warmth of spring. This three course offering highlights vibrant, flavor driven dishes such as roasted carrots with pistachio and turmeric yogurt, shrimp salad with crushed potato and chili herb relish, and a comforting chicken curry pot pie infused with vadouvan and served with a petite salade verte. Guests may choose to enjoy the full three course experience or dine à la carte, making Salon Vert an ideal setting for a relaxed and elegant Mother’s Day gathering.
