From Haitian coffee and sweet plantain to pink peppercorn, Champagne, and a spirit-free interpretation, discover four distinctive Negronis created exclusively for the week. Pick up your Negroni Week Passport (available at the Welcome Cabana and each bar), visit each destination, and collect a stamp with every featured cocktail you try.

Red Room Bar — Kafe Negroni
A rich, coffee-infused take on the classic, bringing together Kafè Anmè, Campari, Carpano Antica, and Haitian coffee-infused Beefeater for a bold, bittersweet cocktail with roasted depth.
Salon Vert — Plantain Boulevardier
A spirit-forward blend of Campari, sweet vermouth, and sweet plantain-infused rhum and cognac, balancing tropical richness with the Boulevardier’s signature bitter finish.
Printemps Champagne Bar — Joli Negroni
An elegant, sparkling interpretation with Monkey 47 Gin, pink peppercorn-infused Aperol, Lillet Rosé, verjus blanc, and Champagne—floral, lightly spiced, and refreshingly tart.
Maison Passerelle — Nah’Groni
A vibrant spirit-free riff featuring Pentire Coastal Spritz, Giffard Spritz, and Monday Mezcal, with bright citrus, bittersweet botanicals, and subtle smoky agave notes.
