This three course offering highlights vibrant, flavor driven dishes such as roasted carrots with pistachio and turmeric yogurt, shrimp salad with crushed potato and chili herb relish, and a comforting chicken curry pot pie infused with vadouvan and served with a petite salade verte.

Guests may choose to enjoy the full three course experience or dine à la carte, making Salon Vert an ideal setting for a relaxed and elegant Mother’s Day gathering.
