Ring in the new year the French way!

At Printemps New York, we’re delighted to celebrate a beloved French tradition with our Galette des Rois, imagined by our talented pastry Chef Rachel Green. Traditionally made with rich frangipane nestled between layers of buttery puff pastry, this cake hides a small trinket or charm called a fève. Whoever finds the fève in their slice is crowned king or queen for the day.

Our Galette des Rois is available for pre-order, and can be enjoyed whole or by the slice at Café Jalu throughout January.

This holiday season, Printemps New York unveils an enchanting collaboration with Edina’s Paper, a creative studio based in Budapest — a celebration of craftsmanship, imagination, and the timeless beauty of Paris.

An entire Parisian streetscape, meticulously handcrafted from paper, comes to life in our windows. From the iconic silhouettes of Notre-Dame, the Opéra Garnier, and the Sacré-Cœur to the tiniest architectural flourishes, every detail was designed and built by hand.

In total, nearly 3,000 hours of artistry went into creating this poetic paper city imagined and brought to life in exclusivity for Printemps New York.

Join us at Printemps for Chic à Table, a refined and convivial dinner experience celebrating the subtle pleasures of French elegance at the table. Hosted in the intimate setting of Maison Passerelle, this exclusive evening invites guests to rediscover the art of dining, hosting, and human connection — not as rigid rules, but as a graceful dance of attention, timing, and generosity.

The evening is led by Miss Marie-Claude Métrot, consultant and educator in luxury hospitality and etiquette, whose discreet influence has shaped some of the world’s most exceptional houses for over 30 years — from Royal Mansour Collection & Maisons Cheval Blanc, to private residences and iconic figures including Karl Lagerfeld.

With warmth, wit, and modern sensibility, Marie-Claude offers an approachable and inspiring exploration of relational elegance — where good manners become a language of care, and the table a place of joy, presence, and shared pleasure.
