Cookbook Signing with Chef Gregory Gourdet
Join us at Café Jalu on Saturday, December 13, for a special appearance by Chef Gregory Gourdet. Gourdet is a three-time James Beard Award–winning chef, best-selling author, and television personality. He also serves as the Culinary Director at Printemps NY, overseeing Maison Passerelle, Red Room Bar, Salon Vert, and Café Jalu — where he will be signing copies of his cookbook, Everyone’s Table, from 3–5PM.

Café Jalu will offer a limited, one-day-only menu featuring drinks and pastries directly from his cookbook recipes, all of which are dairy and gluten free. Sneak Peak of the menu below:
