Gregory ran the kitchen at Portland's Departure Restaurant + Lounge for 10 years, leaving in 2019 to focus on opening his award-winning live fire restaurant, Kann.

Café Jalu
Located within our Playroom, this relaxed cafe pays tribute to our founders, Jules and Augustine Jaluzot. Enjoy expertly crafted coffee blends from Devoción, alongside house-made French viennoiserie and pastries—including gluten- and dairy-free options. Light bites, beer, wine, and more await you!

Salon Vert
A nod to the classic Parisian raw bars with beautifully composed raw seafood, bright salads and vegetable-focused dishes. Here, the shrimp cocktail comes with punchy creole sauce and charred vegetables are dressed with an epis-spiced Green Goddess dressing...c'est si bon!

Red Room Bar
Shop while you snack! Cozy, all-day resto-bar, set next to the landmark Red Room, with inventive takes on classic cocktails, mocktails and petit bites. Sip a rum (or rum-less!) punch or crunch on some crispy black eyed peas all while exploring our selection of books and objets.

Champagne Bar
Pause and unwind with with an extensive selection of the finest champagnes (and views of the Boudoir's couture pieces!), including Pour Augustine, our house champagne made for us by J-M Sélèque in honor of our founder, Augustine Jaluzot.

Maison Passerelle
Fine dining with a unique take on iconic French cuisine, blending ingredients and techniques from former French colonies. Experience dishes like classic duck confit with West African-inspired spinach stew or dry-aged NY strip with a Haitian coffee-chili rub, all served in a warm, inviting space adorned with hand-painted frescoes and vintage Parisian tableware.
