Each eau de parfum is named after a haiku and inspired by a moment in nature or life, translating the beauty of Japanese rituals into scent. Presented in the house’s signature Bento format, each fragrance pairs a 50ml perfume with a 10ml travel spray and decorative travel case, bringing a sense of ceremony to the everyday ritual of wearing fragrance. Sand And Skin evokes the languor of a sun drenched island, translating the warmth of fine sand and sun kissed skin into a sensual, enveloping composition. Madagascar vanilla absolute lends an addictive sweetness, deepened by the resinous warmth of benzoin essence and the floral radiance of ylang ylang. At the heart, amyris, sandalwood, cedarwood, and patchouli add smooth woody depth before giving way to a rich base of vanilla, benzoin, and labdanum.
