Gala revives the name of a fragrance once offered by El Morocco, its original formula now lost to time and its name imagined as a reference to Gala Dalí, who moved within the same rarefied social orbit as Salvador Dalí and the club’s proprietor. Reinterpreted for today, the fragrance opens with mandarin, ginger, and Desert Sun before revealing Moroccan orange blossom, saffron, Parma violet, jasmine, and honey. Vanilla bean, tonka bean, opulent amber, cedarwood, sandalwood, and Iso E Super create a warm, magnetic drydown with lingering sensuality.
