Champagne Bar
I would absolutely love to have a glass at the champagne bar! This space is a perfect fusion of Paris and New York, where Art Deco’s timeless elegance meets modern energy. The geometric patterns, rich materials, and gold accents instantly transport me to the grandeur of 1920s Paris. New York has always had this beautiful exchange with Paris, especially through Art Deco. Here, I feel that connection so strongly—it’s elegant, bold, and full of life. A place to sit, sip, and be inspired.

Salon Vert
There is just something so magical about sitting under the floor-to-ceiling windows at Salon Vert in the afternoon and having a sip of champagne paired with Chef Gregory's Oeufs Mayonnaise. It's the perfect escape overlooking the busy crowd of Broadway.

Red Room Bar Staircase
My favorite architectural feature in the store is the pink marble stair case. This, for me, is a tribute to Coco Chanel who sat in her stairs surrounded by mirrors in which she could observe the reaction of her clients without being seen. I always have the feeling she is with us in this incredible project.
